| Following initial sign-off of a layout from the space planning stage the concept design stage can begin. Based on the client’s requirements and style preference, RMD will create different design options for special treatments such as wall treatments and paneling, joinery details, furniture and finishes. We will use different formats to create these initial ideas from hand-drawn perspectives and 3D sketch models to sample boards describing materials and finishes. This presentation assists our clients in understanding the overall look and feel of the interior design prior to commencing the detail design stage. |
